LDC1612：Temperature and frequency have a direct relationship

When the LDC1612 is used for high and low temperature experiments, the temperature increases, the frequency increases, the temperature decreases, and the frequency decreases. In theory, shouldn't temperature and frequency have an inverse relationship?

Hello,

As the temperature increases, the series resistance and inductance of the sensor decreases. As the inductance decreases, the resonant frequency of the sensor will increase. There is more information on this in LDC Sensor Design and the LDC Calculator that can be found in the E2E LDC FAQ.
