AWR1843: Which Jumper pins should be removed to isolation the Debug Probe on a Launchpad?

Part Number: AWR1843

Hi

I have a question which is related to https://e2e.ti.com/support/tools/ccs/f/81/p/914292/3378413#3378413

> If you are using a Launchpad, you can fully isolate the Debug Probe portion by removing the jumper pins that divide the bottom main processor from the top Debug Probe.

I'd like to know the exact number of Jumper pins to isolate the Debug Probe on AWR1843Boost.

Thanks and Best regards,

HaTa.

  • Hello Ha Ta,

If I understood your other e2e post you are looking at eliminating the onboard XDS110 for your power measurement. Is that correct?

The XDS110 on the AWR1843BOOST EVM does not take power from the 5V input fed on the power jack. It takes power from the USB port. So you don't need to do anything to isolated the XDS110 current consumption.

    Regards,
