PGA970: flash error with XDS200

Hello,

Our customer used the PGA970EVM and XDS200, it could connect normally and flashed successfully. But when he used his own PGA970, it could appear error when he flashed, he used the CCS5.0. Below is the error, please help to analyze:

Hello Kailyn,

Do you have any more details about the system? Is there a schematic available to share for the customer's board? When they test the target configuration are they able to establish a connection with the PGA970 using the XDS200?
