As I checked the DS and reference schematic, but I can’t calculate the appropriate voltage value for TACH input voltage limit to 5.5V max. Is it the resistor network be changed? Could you please guide me how to calculate it?

It looks like the schematic is for our EVM. If J5 are configure like the figure below the circuit will look like what is on page 13 of our User's Guide Link.
With a 12 V supply the max voltage will we 12V*(4.7kΩ/(10k+10kΩ+4.7kΩ)=~2.28V
