CCS/AWR2243: WR2243: Cascaded EVM+ mmWave studio:TDA ARM failed

Hello, all my other codes are running really well but when I try to run Cascade_Capture lua code to capture the data, following error has occurred. How can I fix TDA ARM failure?

    Hello Alex,

    You generally get this error when the width and Height is configured "0" for all the devices.

    This can be due to the following reasons. Please perform the below debug steps and let us know.

    1. There might be some wrong configuration set from your part, but as you're using the scripts already present in the package, this can't the issue.

    2. Could you check if the correct TDA firmware was flashed? (as mentioned in the user guide)

    3. Format the SSD once and try again.

    4. Also, ensure the TDA board is properly connected to the RF board.

    If none of the above works, please send us the output log of mmwave studio.
