AWR1443BOOST: Gesture Lab on ES3.0 Silicon

Customer has AWR1443Boost based on ES3.0 silicon and receiving errors stating labs\lab0010-gesture-recog-swipe\lab0010-gesture-recog-swipe-prebuilt_binaries\xwr12xx_xwr14xx_radarss.bin file indiicates it is not a valid file to Flash....

Confirmed that customer has ES3.0 silicon but Industrial ToolBox v3.6.2 only supports ES2.0 silicon, not ES3.0 silicon. Industrial ToolBox 4.0 and later does not support xWR1443 for Gesture recognition.

Suggestion to overcome this?

You need to rebuild this application with mmwave SDK 2.1 which supports AWR1443 ES3.0

And make sure that you flash only MetaImage file (generated from above build step) using UniFlash.

Can you provide a step by step procedure? I want to make sure the customer have the proper guideline to minimize mistake.

On TI Resource Explorer on v 1.02 of mmWave SDK is shown.

Trying to use mmWave SDK v3.02.01 but get the following build error:

Buildfile generation error occurred..
This project does not contain a buildable RTSC Configuration (.cfg) file. In order for it to build, this project must contain one RTSC Configuration file that is not excluded from build.
Build stopped..

SUpport for xWR1443 is available till mmWave SDK 2.1 version.

Please follow this thread to rebuild with SDK v2.1
