Hi,

My customer is asking about antenna design for 60GHz
He refers to below document from Resource Explorer:

Below figure shows BGA to PCB transition based on AWR1642(77GHz).
Do we have similar information for 60GHz?

Koichiro-san,

You could refer the IWR6843ISK If the design is targeted RO4835LOPRO based substrate material.

In the below design file (Developed in Altium) has complete information with all the geometry for the Package to PCB transition and as well as Antenna information.

If the substrate is RO3003 material then you could refer to IWR6843ODS designs.
