Yes I can share schematic and layout with you as of now. We have found that in enclosure it shows the higher temp reading around 5 Celsius higher than the open one without enclosure .

Also the fluctuation is more in the open environment board . In the enclosed one it takes more time after heated to change the temperature down in comparison with the open one.

in general, temp sensor reading takes longer response time when enclosed in box and shorter when open.

We have a 4 layer board. 2 board stacked. This sensor placed on top of the top board and other board is power board on which 230V to 5V conversion happens.

I should clarify, the feedback i gave is specific to the layout you sent. You schematic looks good to me. 

I don't see any cutouts around the HDC1080 in the images you provided, which is part of the layout recommendation in the datasheet and in those documents i shared. It does look like your HDC1080 is at the edge of the board, which is good, since that likely puts it farther away from heat generating devices, if that is not the case please also consider that in any redesign you may do. 

I should specify that we are not experts in the design of enclosures for thermostats, but we are happy to give recommendations where we can. I will send you a friend request so we can communicate privately if need be.

Thanks for the update. Yes as we are going to revise layout so for that I need support from you to check old one and give me the more suggestions to implement for the new one.

Once we done with the new layout, I will share it to you to just get more confidence to get proper response and accuracy.
