OPT3007: Leakage current

Hi Team,

When the 1.8V power supply voltage of the OPT3007 device I2C bus is still present, and VDD is powered off, could you please help check the below points?

1. what is the leakage current of the I2C pin?

2. What is the leakage current path?

3. From the datasheet, what is the corresponding spec? Could you please explain the "Current into any pin"?

Hi Olin,

1. Please refer to the bottom of table 6.5 in the datasheet there is a leakage spec for i2c pins.

2. This path spec’d is when the output is high (pin in high z state) and is current leaking through device to ground. Also note footnote 6 for this spec

3. This is the max current that can be sourced into any pin without damaging the device
