Data Manual does not have a description about this PMIC_CLKOUT pin.

But AWR1443 Data Manual mentioned PMIC_CLKOUT “Dithered Clock Output for PMIC”.

I would like to know the details about this Dithered Clock Output.

Very sorry for the delayed response. You can find the details of the PMIC_CLKOUT configurations in the Radar Interface Control document in section 5.16.9. The AWR_DEV_PMICCLOCK_CONF_SET_SB sub block contains the configurations for the PMIC clock.
