Hi Team,

The customer is experiencing below issue and needs your help.

Customer compiles the 18xx_traffic_monitoring_dss and 18xx_traffic_monitoring_mss projects in mmwave_industrial_toolbox_4_4_1\labs\traffic_monitoring\18xx_68xx_traffic_monitoring successfully. But when running after flashing to the EVM through uniflash, start the GUI, after setting the parameters, he sees following message:

But when he scans the original bin file of mmwave_industrial_toolbox_4_4_1\labs\traffic_monitoring\18xx_68xx_traffic_monitoring\prebuilt_binaries, this will not happen. He'd like to know how to resolve this issue?

    Hi Annie,

    1. Please check that the user is importing the correct CCS projects for the 18xx device as listed below (and not using the 68xx versions)

    18xx_traffic_monitoring_dss.projectspec and 18xx_traffic_monitoring_mss.projectspec

    2. Ensure that the customer is using the correct version of MMWAVE-SDK (SDK 3.4.0.3) and CCS as mentioned in the software requirements section of the demo user guide. 

     

    If this doesn't resolve the issue then please request the customer to provide the complete build log from CCS console.
