IWR6843ISK: PCB material

Hi, technical support team,

 

Could you please share exact PCB material type name of RO4835 LoPro which is used to IWR6843ISK?

Looking at stuck-up detail, cupper thickness of top and L2 is 1.6mil/1.4mil = 40.6um/35.6um.

Is exact material type name as follows?

RO4835 24x18 5TC/5TC 0040

size: 28 x 18 inch (610 x 457 mm)

thickness: 4mil (0.101mm)

cupper thickness: 18um/18um LoPro

    Katsuhiro-san,

        Bare Copper thickness on the top side is 0.5Oz and bottom size 1Oz is recommended while ordering the Rogers material.

    1.6mil/1.4mil is the finished thickness after the plating.

    size: 28 x 18 inch (610 x 457 mm) : is the panel size, this depends upon number of PCBs needed per panel basis. 

    thickness: 4mil (0.101mm): core material thickness should be 4mil 

    Copper thickness: 18um/18um LoPro: Cu thickness is measured in Oz, Top surface must be 0.5Oz bottom surface recommended is 1Oz, (For lower ground impedance and better thermal performance, If it's absolutely not possible to get 1OZ Cu then 0.5Oz could be used). Copper should be a LoPro variant to get lower surface roughness.
