IWR6843ISK-ODS: Unable to get data from visualizer for 3D People counting

Hello, 

I am having issues getting data or detecting a person using the mmWave People Counting GUI. However, when I revert back to out of the box demo, I am able to get the data with mmWave Demo Visualizer. Can you help check what am I missing. I add SOP2 jumper and toggle NRST switch before flashing and remove SOP2 jumper and toggle NRST switch in functional mode. I tried 2 versions, 4.4.1 and 4.3.1. None of them seems to help me. Can you please help?

    Hi Priyank,

    I can see in the second photo that you have two sets of COM Ports:

    1. Silicon Labs (this is the standalone connection)

    2. XDS110 (this is from the ICBOOST)

    You have the device configured for ICBOOST mode (switch settings in the picture), so please remove the USB cable that is connected to the ODS board and connect it to the lower micro-usb port on the ICBOOST.

    Second, if that does not fix the issue, please ensure you are sending the correct .cfg file (select the one with ODS in the name.)
