IWR6843ISK-ODS: Does CCS have to be installed if I run the area_scanner_visualizer.exe?

Hi,

I would like to ask whether I can run the area_scanner_visualizer.exe without CCS installation? I noticed that CCS was not listed in the "Software Requirements" table, which is shown below. But it seems that my computer cannot recognize the port number when I running the program.
