I would like to redesign the patch antenna of 6843ISK to get the wide FOV in both azimuth and elevation directions. I was wondering where I can find the following parameters for the redesign.
1. The permittivity and loss tangent of substrate layers.
2. The output impedance of TI MMIC to match the input impedance of patch antennas.

You could refer to IWR6843ISK-ODS EVM which has single patch wide FOV

1) You could find the permittivity and loss tangent of substrate layers from the below Rogers calculator. This calculator has the material property for all the Rogers material, you could choose to your desired material and desired topology and desired frequency to get the permittivity and loss tangent information.

2) You could refer to IWR6843ISK or IWR6843ISK-ODS designs and reference plane for 50Ohm for the RF lines is at the at the edge of the package, after it BGA balls makes transition into PCB. From this 50 Ohm reference plane GCPW transmission lines (50Ohm) are connected to antenna.

I found the antenna layout (DXF file) of IWR6843ISK in the following folder but didn't see the similar antenna layout for IWR6843ISK-ODS. Would you please send me the DXF file for IWR6843ISK-ODS?

Thickness of the Rogers (RO4835LOPRO) material in ISK is 4mil and in IWR6843ISK-ODS is RO3003 is 5mil. These informations are present in the Altium design file in the Layout section under respective folders.
