Hi TI,

I refer to tidue71d-page.9-table 2 and change ODS_6m_default.cgf

from

profileCfg 0 60.75 7 7 41.10 0 0 54.71 1 96 2950.00 0 0 24

profileCfg 0 60.75 30 25 62 0 0 57 1 96 2950.00 0 0 24

When I send configuration in people_counting_GUI, the GUI does not work. I enter debug mode and get Error code. I have 2 questions

1. Why the new configuration cannot work?

2. Do you have document about the error message?

Hi Justin,

From document, my error code is 46(RL_RET_CODE_PF_FREQ_SLOPE_1INVAL_IN). Why the configuration get this error? Is there any rule for frequency slope? Thank you.

Hi Kimi,

Your ramp is 57 MHz/us, your ramptime is 62 us, your starting frequency is 60.75 GHz.

The total bandwidth of the chirp is 3.534 GHz, which means with the start frequency your chirp slopes past 64 GHz, which is the device limit.
