I'm having the "MSS Power Up async event was not received" when using AWR1642 and DCA1000EVM. The DCA1000EVM works when using my AWR1443 ES:2. I've read many posts here and tried as many of the suggested solutions I could before having to ask for assistance.
I've recently started working with the AWR1642 (ES:2 / REV. B) and have not been able to get further than SPI Connect. I've tried formatting SFLASH in SOP:5 mode (0,2 jumped). I make sure after formatting SFLASH to power off and set jumpers for SOP:2 mode (0,1 jumped) before powering on and opening mmWave Studio.

Note, I have the dip switch #3 on the DCA1000EVM to AR1642_mode.

Hello, if you take a look at my image below, you will see that the switch (S2) on the radar has been removed (along with the pads..) . This all makes sense now as to why the AWR1642BOOST (rev. B) will not connect SPI in any version of mmWave Studio. I will attempt to solder a jumper for SPI operation.
