recommended surfboard for TMP112 sensor

What surfboard/breakout board would you recommend for the TMP112 sensor (SOT563 package). P/n and source would be very helpful.

Hi Martin,

Searching the web I was able to find a prototype board that breaks the SOT-563 package into a 6-pin DIP. There are likely others as well, but this was the first one I looked at and the datasheet spec for this "PA0178" board matches with the TMP112 SOT-563 dimensions. See link and picture below.
