Is there any top level information available about the status of the issue (has it been reproduced? etc), which could help us decide around potentially buying another board in the meantime?

Hi Clem, 

I am investigating this with our software team sill. No clear answers yet. 

The combined NERROR_OUT from the MMWCAS-RF-EVM is routed to two locations:

1) the TDA2 (MMWCAS-DSP-EVM), GPIO2_19 (pin T1)

2) the error out LED DS2 cathode on the MMWCAS-RF-EVM

I have looked at this signal routing on the MMWCAS-RF-EVM and the AWR2243BOOST and there are no other hardware setup differences we can see other than NERROR_OUT being routed offboard in the case of the MMWCAS-RF-EVM. There are no other differences with the basic AWR2243 netlist or layout that would trigger NERROR_OUT. 

I will keep looking and keep you in the loop still.

I might have found the problem. NERROR_OUT may be being assigned to a GPIO output pin configuration in the TDA2 radar driver we are using from the Processors SDK. 

I don't think this is any error state being transmitted from the AWR devices. Still trying to verify with one of our software team members.
