Tool/software: TI C/C++ Compiler

Dear TI

How to cover the factory size > 512Kbyte size limitation

Half lab bin size > 512Kbyte , these lab can't use sbl now.

Can provide suggestion which part need to modified ?

Hi BR,

You can try and FLASH backup image @META IMAGE 3 and change SBL_BACKUP_IMAGE_OFFSET to 0x100000U.

Also you may need to check if SBL_METAIMAGE_OFFSET + your updated meta-image size doesn't overlap with the back-up image.

This method do you have checked? Our another question is the sbl backup size > 512K why direct run the backup iamge directly ?
