HDC2010: Inquire about Sensing principle

Hi TI experts,

My customer have reviewing HDC2010 to design E-Cigar application.

The datasheet does not mention the principle of temperature and humidity sensing. Could you explain the temperature and humidity sensing method?

ex) Temp sensing is using NTC.

The HDC2010 uses a polymer dielectric to provide capacitive-sensing relative humidity measurements. The dielectric constant of the polymer changes with moisture levels.
