I want to comprehend the user guide about the PDF : 3DPeoplecountingDemo_algConfigDetails.
The user guide says that some parameter is empirically best setting such as the refWinSize2 of dynamicRACfarCfg.
I think if the environment is changed,the optimal parameter setting may be changed and the original setting is no longer the best.
Right?
