DRV5053: Temperature drift of V_Q

Genius 17325 points
Part Number: DRV5053

Hello,

I have a question for temperature drift of V_Q of DRV5053.

According to Figure 5 (below) from the datasheet, VQ value increases as the temperature increases.

Do all DRV5053 devices have this same tendency?

Regards,

Oba

  • Oba,

Thank you for your question.  Unless noted otherwise in the datasheet, you should expect the performance of each parameter to apply across each packaging or sensitivity variant.

    Thanks,

    Scott

  • Hello Scott,

    Thanks for your answer.

What I want to know is about piece-to-piece variation. I know this graph is usually just typ data.
Do all pieces (DRV5053PA)  have the same tendency that VQ value increases as the temperature increases ?
Or is there a possibility that some pieces could have different characteristic?

    Regards,
    Oba

  • Oba,

I understand what you mean now.  I have seen no data to suggest that the device to device trend is anything beside what is shown here in the datasheet.  I would anticipate that they all follow this trend.

    Thanks,

    Scott
