Extremely sorry for the delay. Yes you could configure one subframe in TXBF and other in MIMO. This can be controlled by the chirp and frame configuration within that subframe.

In TXBF mode, add a MIMO mode subframe.After we modify chirp and frame configuration, the error return value is 90 when running.It is worth knowing that the Chirp used in the frame is not configured by Chirp.So please point us out where we need to change.thank you

Make sure that chirp index used in the frame or advFrame are being configured before usingrlSetChirpConfig API.

 Check all the chirps index range in all the subframe of sensorCfg->advFrameCfgArgs and back check if those chirps index configured before this advFrame API call.
