IWR6843ISK: mmWave_Demo_Visualizer do not show anything in Console Messages

PC connect XDS110 by use cable

C:\ti\mmwave_sdk_03_03_00_03\packages\ti\demo\xwr68xx\mmw
It is compiled and burn correct

I connect the MMWAVEBOOST by COM3 and reset the IWR6843, it show it works correct.

But when I use mmwave demo Visualizer tool, there is no infomation on console message Box.

I set configuration and click "SEND CONFIG TO MMWAVE DEVICE", there is no response on Console Message Box

3.2

I reset IWR6843ISK ,and there is no response on Console Message Box

3.3

Serial is set correct.

Hello

Can you please make sure the version of the Device on the you IWR6843ISK matches the one mentioned in the SDK+TIrex demo you are using.

Hi,

Thank you for your post.

Please make sure of the following:

1. The Power supply you are using is able to supply 5V and 3A. Make sure that the power supply connection is good.

2. You have pressed NRST after powering up the device.

3. The windows terminal application you posted an image of is closed. A PC restart may be required.

Hi,

1.
The issue before is on
C:\ti\mmwave_sdk_03_03_00_03

2.
After I install mmwave sdk3.4, and burn firmware inside

C:\ti\mmwave_sdk_03_04_00_03\packages\ti\demo\xwr68xx\mmw

It work well(the hardware are all the same, IWR6843ISK PROC073 REVB ), there is inforamtion inside "Console Messages", and others are all work well.

So it seems mmWave_Demo_Visualizer do not support sdk3.3

1. I test again for SDK3.3, and found it is OK now; mmwave demo virsulizer Support mmw demo inside SDK3.3

2. The reason for the issue before is the opertaion sequence. It should set UART ,and then choose config ,and then REST IWR6843.
