In IWR6843ISK RevC Fabrication Drawing (PROC073C_FabNotes.PDF), there is the follwing description.

"IMM. TIN/SILVER OR EQUIV" is selected.

What does "IMM. TIN/SILVER OR EQUIV" mean ?

Would you let me know your direction to PCB manufacturer when orderd IWR6843ISK RevC ?

Usually, PCB surface finish is "IMMERSION GOLD", "IMMERSION TIN", "IMMERSION SILVER".

But "IMM. TIN/SILVER OR EQUIV" is not used.

So, I can't understand it.

IMMERSION SILVER is right, due to space constraint on the text in the Fabrication layer, IMMERSION is reduced to "IMM."

Is "IMM. TIN/SILVER OR EQUIV" on Fabrication Drawing wrong ?

Did you direct to PCB manufacturer "IMMERSION SILVER" ?

We have tested air-propagation performance on outdoor and RF characteristics of IWR6843ISK RevC bought from TI

We make copies of IWR6843ISK RevC by TI design data.

Because we have tested as above, these copies should be same IWR6843ISK RevC bought from TI.

So, I need to know what you directed to PCB manufacturer about immersion plating.

Understood, Thank you for your confirmation.

Yes, IWR6843ISK (All revisions) uses Immersion Silver surface finish. And Yes, this is what we have asked our PCB manufacturer to follow.
