TMP20: Time from power on to valid data on the output

Dear Team,

My customer would like to drive the V_IN of the TMP20 from CPU I/O.

Can anyone please advise how much time it will take the Output to become stable from the time V_IN is applied ?

Hi Nir,

We don't have a datasheet spec or chart for this. I observed startup of less than 1ms with 5pF output capacitor. The settling time will change with output capacitance.
