PGA305: abnormal output

Part Number: PGA305

Hello,

Our customer used PGA305EVM board and wanted to output 0.5V~4.5V output, but when he completed configuration, he got the 0.255V~4.5V output, below is the GUI configuration, and attached is the calibration setting.

  • Hello Kailyn,

Can your customer share the calibration data that they took? Even if they used the guided calibration page to do the calibration procedure, all of the saved DAC and ADC values from the process are saved in the ADC and DAC calibration tab of the GUI.

The EEPROM Digital Config settings are also important. It's possible that the clamping values have been set in such a way that the lowest pressure setting is above the normal value set up in the EEPROM, and this could cause the output to clamp to the lower clamp value instead of sitting at 0.5V. Please ask them to share the digital EEPROM settings as well.

    Regards,
