IWR6843ISK: Error while flashing the binaries

Hello Support Team,

I am using the IWR6843ISK board for the first time. I am getting an error: "Image loading failed: Not able to connect to serial port. Recheck COM port selected and/or permissions", while flashing the binaries using Uniflash. Please see the attached screenshot of the error for reference.

Questions:

  1. Do I need to use the mmWave sensor card carrier, MMWAVEICBOOST along with IWR6843ISK module to flash the binaries and for demo?
  2. If MMWAVEICBOOST is not needed, what should be the switch configurations on the IWR6843ISK board for a) flashing and b) for demo after flashing
  3. The IWR6843ISK board that I have looks different from other IWR6843ISK board images posted in the forum. Please clarify. I have attached the images of the current board I have for reference.

Note: I am using Linux for flashing and development. I have tried changing the COM port settings to ttyUSB0/ttyUSB1 before loading the binary image.
