IWR6843ISK: Issue in IWR6843ISK rev D boards

Hi TI Team, 

We are using IWR6843ISK rev D board with MMWAVEICBOOST. We are using area scanner zone application from industrial toolbox 4.2.1 on these boards. we are tryig to flash the boards with standard procedure as follows:

1. Short SOP0 and SOP2 

2. press NRST switch before loading image in uniflash

Sometimes we are getting error as attached in below image, not sure with this inconsistency, 

Note: We are running area scanner application on these boards for continuous poincloud data collection.  

Please find setup image also attached (In flashing mode).

If we remove P3 header jumper then we are able to flash successfully.

May i learn, whether these MMW boards have capability to run an application continuously (for long run)?

Please let me know the cause of inconsistency in Rev. D boards.

         Please post the image of the carrier board front and back side as well to check the jumper positions and serial numbers.

    Could you please confirm J13 jumper is removed on the carrier board. We have learnt on some of the boards J13 jumper is mounted and it's known to cause problem in flashing. 

    Also please try with standalone configuration (without using mmWaveICBOOST) for running  area scanner zone application from industrial toolbox, It has been tested on Rev. C/D EVM and known to work without a problem. 

    Also post the error logs that you see when you run the Area scanner zone application demo.
