Hello user4465796,
All the EVMs have been tested before it gets shipped out. Could you please confirm, how did you confirm 40MHz crystal oscillator does not work?
Typically crystal lines are very high impedance network, and to probe this line you would need very low parasitic probe (<1pf) to not to disturb the crystal oscillator for measurement. If care is not taken then probe will load the crystal circuitry and could cease the oscillations.
Please review below checklist and go to "HW bring up guidelines" tab and review the suggested test sequence on a OUT of box demo. e

Thank you! The problem is resolved, but a new question arised, the PIN "AR_BSS_LOGGER" of EVM is:
the PIN "AR_BSS_LOGGER" of my board is like this:
I want to know the reason, this is my board fileRADAR_V1.0.rar
Hello user4465796,
Thank you for the confirmation. Could you please provide information what was the problem?
Also, could you please post new post for the new question?
This would help other who has the similar problems...
