DCA1000EVM: DCA1000EVM and AWR2243BOOST

Hi, 

I cannot seem to get contact with the DCA1000EVM. 

I am following the guide at https://www.ti.com/lit/ml/spruik7/spruik7.pdf 

The PC is connected via 2 USB cables (one to each board) and directly to the ethernet connector of the DCA1000EVM.

I simply reset the board, connected and run the script "DataCaptureDemo_xWR.lua"
