I'm attempting to run the out of box demo as explained here: https://dev.ti.com/tirex/explore/node?node=ADSocWGX8FJCytCWREvHzw__VLyFKFf__LATEST
However, the COM ports do not appear when plugging the device into my machine. This is also the case even after installing the COM Port Drivers https://www.silabs.com/products/development-tools/software/usb-to-uart-bridge-vcp-drivers. I have tried using several different micro USB cables, also attempted this on 3 different devices and across Window, Mac OS and Ubuntu. In all cases the device is not picked up. As a result, the out of box demo does not run, nor does UNIFlash etc. In addition, I have used the RST button and tried different modes (flashing vs functional mode).
Please see the included picture of the EVM (note all lights light up).
Is it possible that the device was damaged upon arrival?
