IWR6843ISK: How to reduce the rate of equipment detection and reduce the delay time?

Hi,there.

When I used IWR6843ISK EVM to detect the movement direction of people in the detection area, I found that the detection rate was quite fast. I hope to reduce the detection rate so that the number of data sets detected per second can be reduced. Could you tell me how to modify it?Are configuration instructions modified?Which one is it and how to modify it?

Secondly, when moving direction of people in the detection area, I found that there was still one person in the data after the target walked out of the detection area, and there was a certain delay phenomenon in the reported data. Could you please tell me how to shorten the delay time and how to modify it?

Create chirps for your need using: dev.ti.com/.../

Using SDK'OOB demo to try different chirps: SDK User's guide

Based on above please try the OOB' demo to try various sensing Param, update rates.

Please make sure you are able to see the required latency and objects using the above variations and then move to tuning other demos such People counting.
