  • Hi Ishita,

    thanks for your kind reply.

I spend tons of them to get the boarding working, I also refer to user guide and many related question before I ask, cause I understand posting question is more time consuming.

However, I don't see related problem or solution regarding my problem, remind me if you find one.

    Many thanks again.

    Best.

  • Hello Jet,

Can you confirm if you've tried the below things:

    • Make sure the COM port number is correct in the Uniflash ‘Settings & utilities’ TAB. This COM port should be the number which is populated as a “XDS110 Class Application/User UART”.
    • If UniFlash is not able to connect COM port then try to disconnect and connect the USB cable. If this also doesn't help then restart the PC.
    • Check the power supply if it is according to the spec. (5V ~3A)
    • Update to latest Uniflash version if using old version of it.
    • Sometimes due to inappropriately closing of the Uniflash or due to any error, background processes don't get closed and at the next run, Uniflash doesn't behave as expected. So kill DSLite.exe and FlashPythonSubprocess.exe process (if running) from Task Manager then start the Uniflash.
    • Running the Uniflash as admin sometimes helps.
    • Try offline or online Uniflash [https://dev.ti.com/uniflash].

    Regards,

    Ishita
