IWR1843 and DCA1000EVM: mmwave studio radar api capture and post processing have a fault

Dear supporter:

          I am using  iwr1843 and DCA1000EVM to capture the mmwave radar's data.when i use the mmwave studio 2.1.1.0 to capture and post processing ,the output window display some messages as follow:

[16:56:36] Start Record command : Success
[16:56:36]
[16:56:36] Record Process :
[16:56:36] Timeout Error! System disconnected
[16:56:36]
[16:56:36] Record stop is done successfully
[16:56:36] [RadarAPI]:
[17:04:29] [RadarAPI]: ar1.StartMatlabPostProc("C:\\ti\\mmwave_studio_02_01_01_00\\mmWaveStudio\\PostProc\\adc_data.bin")
[17:04:29] [RadarAPI]: No of files Captured: 0, Total no of frames for each device : 8
[17:04:29] Error : The number of files captured is zero!

so i check the path and the file,there is not a file named adc_data.bin in the path.

i have check the configuration.step by step follow the assist files(User's Guide for mmWaveStudio 3.0.0.14)

I don't know how to solve the problem.hope you can give me some advice.

    Hello User,

    Have you checked our DCA1000 Debug handbook for some workaround? You can find that guide on our FAQ page.

    Please check that first and get back to us if the problem still persists. 

    Also, as this is a common issue and has been addressed many times by our experts in the past, we encourage you to use your search engine to find some similar threads as follows:  "site e2e.ti.com <Your query>"

    Here is an example : "site e2e.ti.com DCA1000 Timeout Error"
