Hello,
Is it possible to measure the temperature of a GaAs diode with the TMP468? I don't need the reading to be compensated by the n factor, but I do need it to be linear over a temperature range from 0 oC to 100oC.
Also, is the bandgap voltage of GaAs vs silicon a significant factor when measuring temperature?
