We've received an inquiry from a customer regarding AWR/IWR BOOST. Here is his inquiry.
"My question is regarded to AWR/IWR BOOST development boards in general, no matter the exact type. I'm dealing with an optimization of signal processing for the purposes of my specific task resulting in maximization the probability of detection of my specific obstacle. In general, my question is that if someone could specify the parts where such an optimization is possible and perhaps pick some most similar labs demo (firmware) to start with the optimization. By the optimization, I assume both the firmware code adaptation and its configuration.
To describe my task in several significant points:
1) detect an obstacle at maximal distance up to 5 metres
2) typical obstacle is aluminium or steel pole (vertically mounted)
3) the RCS of typical obstacle is quite small, however, there are no other significant obstacles
4) the obstacle could be hidden in tall grass (while grass is not an obstacle in this task)
Also, please share your task's optimization experiments."
