yes, i did look last page of the manual and google as much as I can. I also try several times and record the video.

Could you also point which solved question is related to my problem?

Hello Jet,

From your recorded video I can see you have not followed the steps mentioned in the user guide properly. 

As highlighted in the screenshot below, you have to configure "Other APIs" before directly going to the frame config. The "Other APIs" include all the APIs included in StaticConfig Tab, DataConfig Tab and SensorConfig tab that you give to perform data capture in Single chip.

The mmWave_studio_user_guide.pdf mentions about those steps in detail (we have skipped this part in the cascade user guide as it is already captured in mmwave_studio_user_guide). 

Please configure the device properly and get back to us if you face any issues.

Thanks for pointing that out, it is true I misunderstood and skip many steps. I will take a try then. However, before that I believe I still need to fix the MSS fault error (https://e2e.ti.com/support/sensors/f/1023/t/946505) anyway.
