tl;dr: AWR1443Boost together with DCA1000EVM not connecting to mmwave studio due to SPI Connectivity issue.
Initial setup of the EVM is not working specifically on the SPI connectivity. Everything else connects just fine, but when I try to use the SPI Connect (5) button in mm-wave studio, it breaks. I have everything connected: micro USB from AWR1443, and EVM, Ethernet cable from EVM, two 5v power supplies to both the AWR and the EVM. Can supply picture if necessary, but I followed the guide and it's correctly set up.
I noticed that the MSS firmware version is currently 0.0.0.0 which is strange. I have no idea why it's 0 and I've tried reinstalling mm-wave studio to see if it is a bug with my installation of the firmware... same issue. On device manager I can see all 6 connections are recognised, so it's not a problem with FTDI Drivers.

Can you provide pictures of your physical setup? Typically when there are SPI Connect issues, it has to due with an issue on the physical setup of your AWR1443BOOST and DCA1000EVM or the firmware versions you are attempting to load onto your device.
Pictures of your physical setup will help isolate the problem.
