AWR2243: Cascade. I get the following error in mmwavestudio:" Download FW failed with error 64"

Hello,

I am following the mmwave_studio_cascade_userguide and am having issue with the following step: "Select the Meta Image from the BSS FW Selection and click Load. This step might take some time." When I try to upload the BSS fimware I get the following error:"[RadarAPI]: Error: Download FW failed with error 64" (see attached picture as well).

Could you please advise to help me figure out where I am going wrong?
