HDC2010: Getting -40C temperature and 0% RH after re-initialize sensor

Hi everyone.

HDC2010 gives accurate reading untill i reboot my MCU, after MCU reboot, MCU re-initialize sensors including HDC2010. But after reinitializing sensor give -40C temperature and 0% RH everytime when i read values. When i reboot again, then sometime it'll work sometime same reading.

Conclusion: if sensor is initialize properly, and when mcu re-initialize the sensor after reboot, then probability of getting correct values of temperature and humidity is only 30%.

Thanks Josh for the response.

I already goes through above link but unable to resolve the issue. Actually my device is configured for threshold interrupts as well as time scheduled measurements.

If you want to review my code-flow through ms-teams/team_viewer etc, let me know when you are available. We have 12 variants of asset-tracking device, and developments of all variants are stuck due to this issue. Please help.

Dear Sanjeev -

to troubleshoot this - please ask them to provide simple I2C capture of the firmware behavior, from startup, as shown in the FAQ post. This is fastest way to point them in the right direction. If they have a Saleae (or similar), that is best tool as it allows for saving and sharing of the captures - but will look at any others, too of course.
