Hi,there.
I used the latest version of the 3D People Counting Lab (4.4.1), burned the 3D_people_count_68xx_demo.bin firmware, and checked it according to the instructions. I found that in the visualization software, when I pressed the button of " Select Configuration / Send Configuration", the software did not respond at all.
What is the reason?
What should I do to see the target correctly?

1. Please confirm the Silicon revision of your EVM as explained in the demo user guide in the beginning. You must have an ES2.0 device to run this demo.
2. If #1 is OK, please run the SDK out of box demo on your EVM first to make sure that the setup is working.
3. If #2 works, then re-flash and reboot the EVM with the people counting demo and instead of connecting the visualizer, first connect TeraTerm to the User/UART i.e. control COM port, press enter on your PC a couple of times to check if you are getting the demo command prompt or not. If yes, then send the configuration line by line on Tera Term and see if there are any errors reported after sending sensorStart.

According to the steps you mentioned, if both 1 and 2 are correct, I use Tera Term to configure the commands in the configuration file one by one at the baud rate of 115200, with some commands replying "Done" and others replying "Error: Invalid Usage of the CLI command "Error-1 "or "'adcbufCfg' is not recognized as a CLI command", which is more than five times more than the recognized command, but still receives no response from the device and no output.
The following is the Tera Term send command and reply record.

From the log, I can see that you are sending the wrong configuration file. For 3D people counting demo, you need to send a configuration corresponding to your board type (ISK, AOP or ODS) from the following directory:
C:\ti\mmwave_industrial_toolbox_4_4_1\labs\people_counting\68xx_3D_people_counting\chirp_configs
or the following (which is just a copy of the above directory)
C:\ti\mmwave_industrial_toolbox_4_4_1\labs\people_counting\visualizer\chirp_configs\3D_People_Counting
