OPT3004: About the address bit of the ADDR pin

Hi,

I'm Endo Always I am indebted.

I contacted you because I would like to confirm about OPT3004.
The datasheet shows that the I2C address of the OPT3004 is determined by connecting
the ADDR pin to GND, VDD, SDA, or SCL, but I couldn't figure out how many bits the ADDR pin is.

I want you to tell me about the above.
