DCA1000EVM: IWR1443BOOST(ES3.0) and DCA1000EVM cannot work in DataCapture for mmwave Studio(v2.1.1.0)

I have one more thing to ask.

My customer have tested mmWaveStudio demo using IWR1443BOOST(ES3.0) and DCA1000EVM.
But it is cannot work and it is displayed an error as below:

I checked the release note in mmWaveStudio and it is written in Platform and Device Support.

Do you know the cause this error?
Please let me know how to solve this problem.
