CCS / IWR1642：Compile the qspiflash.c

When we realized the online upgrade, we needed to modify the Qspiflash.c file, but when I compiled according to the compilation method of SBL, I found that qspiflash.c has not been modified. Is there a method to compile Qspiflash.c.

Do you see the steps for adding SBL highlighting the need for .c file updates?

Have you been able to use recreate and use the example as shown in the SBL example?
