Now we are trying to measure the Doppler of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle. We have the UAV hovering over the radar, and the following are the Chirp parameters:
Frequency Slope:75 MHz/us
idle time:4 us
ADC samples: 64
Sample Rate: 12000 Ksps
Adc Start Time: 5 us
Ramp End Time: 12.12 us.
The following picture shows the Doppler feature of UAV.

However, only the negative Doppler component can be detected.
The following picture shows the Doppler-Range Map in mmWave Studio, we can also find that only the negative Doppler can be detected (We use another Chirp profile to obtain the following picture. ).

So, could you tell us why only the negative Doppler component can be detected? This problem has confused us for a long time.
