Suggest me an Accelerometer sensor to calculate Speed of a moving vahicle.

Greetings,

                 I want to calculate speed of moving vehicle using Accelerometer Sensor. Please suggest me a sensor which is suitable for my applications.

        accelerometer should posses:

                                  1.Should give stable  _ve values( 2's Compliment) in deceleration.

                                  2.should give stable +ve values ( 2's Compliment) in acceleration.

                                 3. High bit resolution(12 bit or more)

                                 4.Low zero offset error

                                5. Less sensitive for  noise
