Is there a time limitation after the" power is turned on" or after the "general call"?

For example)
Writing must be completed within xx seconds after the power is turned on (> 1.4V).
Write-prohibited period after power ON (> 1.4V)

◆ About the power rise time of TMP75B
The data sheet does not mention the rise time,
Are there any requirements for both rising and falling?
