Hi team, 

Could you tell me how FDC1004-Q1 operates in standby mode? In addition, would you give your comment what happen if human proximity is detected while standby mode?

I just understood that in this mode FDC1004-Q1 operates with lower consumption current than its active mode. However, I am not clear about how it operates in standby mode and what is the difference between standby mode and active mode.

    Hello Ochi-san, 

    FDC1004 automatically goes into standby mode when not taking any measurements. To take a measurement with the device, you just need to trigger a measurement. See section 8.5.3.2 (triggering measurements) of the datasheet for more details on this.
